Humans are social beings. No one can ever be complete in society without each other. Here people of all classes and professions help each other, the means of survival. So there is no opportunity to look down on any profession. If work is done with love and devotion, then all work is honorable. Because everyone plays a necessary role for the country and the people of the country from their respective positions.

Needless to say, in almost all cases there is a close link between profession and profession, professional with professional, that is, one without the other is immovable. This relationship deepened with the advancement of civilization. A building cannot be built only with bricks and sand; Many things are required including cement, rods, labor, money. An office cannot be managed by a manager alone, other colleagues are also needed. Just as a small bus needs a driver as well as a helper and a conductor, similarly a country needs thousands of people of various professions.

Many thinkers in the world were children of ordinary professional families. There are countless precedents of farmers, cobblers, sweepers and men who have become presidents, world-renowned and important personalities from the small professions of the society. Abraham Lincoln, America's 16th president, lost his mother at the age of nine. At a very young age, he took charge of a poor family. Sometimes he runs a boat, and sometimes he cuts wood. Everyone knows about the past of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan selling sherbet, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi selling tea, Indonesian President Joko Widodo working as a furniture store employee, Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro driving a bus, former British Prime Minister Ramsey MacDonald working as a farm laborer etc.

Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the father of the Bengali nation, also managed the state by mixing with all classes of people, which taught to respect all professions and people. The language movement of 1952, the six points of 1966, the people's uprising of 1969, the liberation war of 1971, etc., were spontaneous participation of all the professional people of our country in the national interest. The demand, demand and availability of people of all professions were the same. Considering these things, there is no opportunity to look at any profession and people with different eyes.

No profession is small in the pursuit of livelihood. By instructing self-employment in a legitimate way, the Great Creator said, 'When the Salat is completed, you spread out in the world. Seek Allah's bounty (sustenance) and remember Allah more, so that you may be successful (Surah Juma', verse 10). Allah also says, "Eat of what you have earned" (Surah Baqarah, verse 267). All prophets and messengers throughout the ages had some profession, they were not dependent on others. He did not look down on any work.

My father found a son in government service; Let's say his name was 'Masud' (not real name). He used to sell drinks and cigarettes in boxes hung around his neck. At the age of 11-12, he never had the opportunity to go to school due to family poverty. In the education of our two brothers, he also felt the need for a little education. I then buy Masud books, notebooks, white boards, marker pencils. In between our respective classes, private lessons and tutoring, we taught him little by little. After two or three months he learns to write his name and address and learns to read newspaper headlines.

One time he went to his house with everything and never came back. After that I did not find any trace of him for a long time. One day suddenly I got a call on my personal number and the other end said 'Brother, I am Masood'. When he asked where he was, he said that he was in front of my office. He went to Chittagong with a truck from Tejgaon in Dhaka.

On his way back, he left the car at Comilla Bishwa Road and came to meet me. See you after a long time. I downloaded the online form for the driving license and gave it to Masud as he drives the truck without a heavy driving license. Then he left. When I came to work in Gazipur Metropolitan, I found Masud again and gave him the opportunity to work in a small car.

When I was working in Dhaka, there was a janitor couple under my house. Darwan Safiq (not real name) will be younger than me. They have two sons and one daughter. All were very small. I used to buy them books, notebooks, pencils, schoolbags, schooldresses, shoes and other food items. Eight to ten families lived in our building.

As a janitor there, he was paid monthly, and many people paid a small amount. His wife worked as a housekeeper in several houses. Lived in a room on the ground floor next to the garage, no rent required. Safiq did not know education. I encouraged him to read and write a little with his child. After a few days he learns to write his name and address and to read a little. I think of doing something good for him. But where will I get a job, Sofiq has no certificate and experience in the age of competion.

No good deed is small

Imam Ragheb Ispahani (RA) said, "What is good and good according to Islamic law and human conscience is a good deed." The Islamic Shari'ah has declared rewards for actions that have been praised and that people consider good and virtuous..

Good deeds are in charity

In the explanation of every good deed, the hadith scholars said, the purpose of a good deed being charity is to get reward or exchange like charity. Every good deed is called Sadaqah in the hadith. Because by doing good deeds, God's mercy is increased and this mercy is not only for the person doing the good deeds, but also for the neighboring creatures. On the other hand, when people commit sins, God's wrath is aroused and its influence affects other things in the universe. For this, good deeds mean the welfare of the universe. This hadith proves that only spending money is not giving or charity; Rather, charity can take many forms. Rasulullah (SAW) said, "Every prayer, every fast, every Hajj, every Tasbeeh (Subhanallah), every Takbeer (Allahu Akbar) and every Tahmid (Alhamdulillah) is a charity for him." (Sunan Abu Dawud, Hadith: 1286)
