Your Richness is not Only a Blessing, it is Also a Test.

One thing I understood from the life of David when God called Him, he is just a shepherd boy. Until such time that God made him a king and of course the wealth also increases as the years go by.

The revelation is that, once you’ll learn to follow God no matter where you came from, the blessing was already given simply because you’re following the King of kings and the Lord of lord— the Owner of everything!

Pero hinay hinay lang kapatid, minsan kasi ang kayamanan ay di lang pala blessings kundi testings rin ni Lord para sa’yo. Remember the former king named Saul who became the king before David reigned.

King Saul became arrogant to the point that he disobeyed the man of God named Samuel. Saul tried to make excuses for his sins and even tried to kill David because of eagerness of his position. Pero, will parin ni Lord ang nangyari 🙌

The reason why God chose David is not because David is a perfect person kasi ang dami din namang failures ni David gaya nating lahat. But the main reason why God chose him it’s because David is a HUMBLE man and David’s heart touches God’s own heart 🤍

So my question to you, does your wealth made you more arrogant or made you more humble before God? Does your position where you are now still glorifying God or you’re already glorifying yourself out of it? If your possessions made you more arrogant, then you’re building a wrong empire.

If you’re heart is not healthy anymore just because of your wealth, there’s something wrong‼️

  • Your possessions must glorify God.

  • Your true wealth must be God.

  • Your satisfaction must not about money nor position but about God’s glory!

Ang daming nawala sa tamang landas dahil lang sa prinsipyong “trabaho muna” o “negosyo muna”. But hey! you can still serve God despite of all of your businesses and transactions in life ‼️ In fact, God will bless you more if you’ll learn to allow God to become part of it.

Always remember where you came from. Always remember how God led you to where you are now 😇 Kung di dahil kay Lord, di ka makakarating kung saan ka man ngayon.

Psalms 62:10 “Place no trust in oppression, or false hope in robbery. IF WEALTH INCREASES, PAY NO ATTENTION TO IT.”

God is still the source of everything. So always learn to humble down and acknowledge that apart from Him, YOU ARE NOTHING.
