Today i want to share with you my one habit
It is advised in our Religion that we should walk 40 paces after eating dinner.
I walked daily after eating dinner almost 1 hour or more regularly from an years
I was a patient of hypertension but through continues walk i overcome on it
Secondly i controlled my wait
Walking digest the food
It gives you a sweat sleep
You don't need to take medicines or wait for sleep
Walk gives you freshness when you get up early in the morning for office
I hope you will adopt it soon
