If you want to remove all the stress, tensions and worries of the whole day you should go out and do some constructive exercise
Running is the mother of all exercises
From 24 hours i spare half an hour for myself in which I run 2Km daily
I do 10 pushup
10 reach up
And some other light exercises
It gives me a lot of relaxation
Exercises help me to control my weight, help me in digestion.
