Did you notice that a glow stick always have the light. Like the glow stick, the light is always inside you. You may sense that there is darkness on the background. That is ok. It is merely an illusion.
When you break. You are pure. Your light always comes out. Like in life when there are crisis. There are challenges ahead. There are always things that would make you troubled. You have already encounter a lot. Those are nothing. Those are there to make your light shine more. You shine when you break. Just like the glow stick. You always have.
