Today I want to share a parsley bomb shake that I made last night. I hope you keep yourselves healthy through these days.
Ingredients:
Mango 1 piece
Parsley 1 bunch
Apple 1
Half cup of ice cubes
Half cup of water
Preparation:
Grab a bunch of parsley and wash them 3x with filtered water.
Cut the mango and scoop into small pieces by spoon.
Cut the apple into small slices.
Procedure:
Put the bunch of parsley on the blender.
Put the mango.
Put the Apple.
Put the ice cubes and water.
Blend until smooth.
Enjoy the green smoothie
