Yesterday I did not go to the gym as it is Friday which is the weekend here in the sand pit. So the following routine is what I did for yesterday. I just posted right now my log as I have been so busy. Since I got new work about app development. I needed to post some of the blog articles on my blog as well. If you want to do my routine just follow all along my posts.
Routine:
Composed of 200 reps of Fire hyrant with different alternatives. I chose this workout to isolate my glute muscles and tensor fascia latae muscles
Regular fire hydrant 25 reps on each side
Fire hydrant kicks 25 reps on each side
Fire hydrant circles 25 reps on each side
Fire hydrant circles on reverse 25 reps on each side
After this I went out to do some 1 minute sprints of 20 mins in total in the park nearby of course wearing the 😷 mask.
