First you have to wash the rice and drain the water. When the water is dry, pour it in a separate container and keep it. Heat ghee in a pan. If there is no ghee, use butter. When the ghee is hot, fry it one by one with cardamom, cinnamon and bay leaves. Now you have to give onion powder. Stir in the leftover rice. It should be given raw pepper, salt, ginger paste, nutmeg. Fry for some time. Now put boiling hot water in a separate pot.
