Managing something is not a small thing it needs you to be proactive and take a lot of big and small efforts. Also, being a boss is not a cup of tea. Although there are secrets of being a good I have highlighted some of them. Try to become a beloved boss because respect is something which is earned. Second secret is try to think like an employee, think from the perspective of employee and act like manager or boss, thinking from the employee perspective give you the insight about your employee act and also about their capability of work. Third secret is Always stay motivational and positive because if leader general surrenders then whole army surrenders so, always stay motivated and think positive it will helps to keep positive environment in your work place and hence, will lead to productivity in work. Fourth secret is be friend but don’t behave like friend in work place because you are the boss now and your duty is to command and control. Fifth and last secret is Pay attention your attention most important towards work, your employee and your workplace. You have to keep track of every small things because some time these small things will lead to high loss. You have to choose either attention or accident.
