Some very shrewd and intrigue mongers make an entry in any organisation like proverbial camel in meek docile affable and subtle manner. Then after over a period of time start gaining ground. They act like termites. They DIG deep a tunnel which makes the whole edifice hollow inside.
People who are at the helm of affairs get it quite late. The sincere employees will often cough out bitter truth and these opportunists vomit out venom but it is at your discretion to sift out truth from falsehood.
Talented people will always be truthful. As they know what they are capable of so they need not to lie. They know their limitations so they need not to boost. Just pick them out of the parasites.
Parasites
When a lion tastes the blood of homosapiens it digs its teeth deep into flesh and tear apart the body into smithreens. So those who are tried ones must not be ignored. These people learn fast the inner brass tack or nitty gritty. Then they exploit it for personal ends, because they have already done a lot of homework.They are fully aware of all ins and outs of the organisation. They prove very harmful.
Parasite on the other hand is a very different form of species. Fragrance of moolah mounts their heads and they become addicts. Then weaning away is an uphill task. Loyalty comes first the rest is secondary. Shun idolatry embrace who stood by you through thick and thin.
These dependent citizens are a burden for the society just like handicaps. Somtimes sudden collapse or debacle takes place. These gold diggers often surface late. So blindly depending upon an individual or group is fraught with dangers.
