Demosthenes was a Greek orator of world renown.
He had an innate stammering problem. He overcame it by keeping tiny pebbles under his tongue by running upwards the hills and yelling vociferously. He would repeat it over a considerable period of time. Till he was confident enough to express himself fluently. Through his determination and sheer will he was no more handicapped.
Even now those who practise oratory emulate and study his laid down principles. There are quite a number of such world renown personalities who had very humble beginning in certain fields but by virtue of their indomitable spirit they achieved which was otherwise beyond imagination. So no excuse or impediment can stand in your way if you have strong will power.

Determination is everything for an achievement. Nothing is achievable without a firm belief, a strong desire, an arrogant ambition and a steady determination.
I used the term steady determination. It is because sometime of any reason we become influenced and aspired by someone and then start determining something.
