Cream and scum both appear on surface.Cream is the elite class ensures progress prosperity and well being of a nation.Scum corrupts pollutes and contaminates.But in case milk is adulterated the quality of cream is diminished.Both r white in colour but poles apart in efficacy.We get qualitative stuff from nurseries.These nurseries r our primary educational institutions.

Regrettably these nurseries r moolah minting mills churning spurious products having no intrinsic value.So the scum is available in market.This scum further proliferates causing immense damage to our budding youth.A pall of gloom is overcasting the already hazy sky.

Talent germinates in its embrionic stage in these nurseries.V low-paid mediocre far under qualified stsff is employed in shaping moulding or casting the mind of toddlers.Who in future will hold the reigns of governace of our beloved country.The scum seeps in all departments which dampens the spirit of creativity.As it is said well begun is half done so top priority must be given to our initial rudimentary elementary education.We can never expect mangoes from guava plant.Both private and public sectors must come forward to cater to our national aspirations.Otherwise no future prospects r discernable.No advancement can be made.
