I have read several articles on point system and think that you need to be good to gain something out of the platform. I usually dont like people spamming my posts with unfair comments or just to gain points by commenting and that is why step taken by community is in the favor of every user, new or old. I have not yet tracked how we use to get reward for our work and when I get good idea about, I would be the first one to post an article according to my experience.
