Im not big fan of doing workouts but I usually do cycling,swimming and jogging regularly Workouts requires carbs and heavy diet, which Im not use to . I prefer doing Yoga instead of workouts as you don't require any special equipment to do yoga and it can be done anytime with empty stomach or may couple of hours after meal.
