Initially, e-cigarettes or vapes were created in China in 2003 by a pharmacist to reduce cigarette smoke. Vape is indeed an alternative for smokers to quit tobacco smoking. In addition, e-cigarettes are now a part of the lifestyle of today's young people. Many think that e-cigarettes are better than tobacco cigarettes. But are vapes really any better? Both of them contain nicotine in it which makes someone who uses it addicted. Apart from nicotine, both also contain Formaldehyde which damages the digestive system, skin, lungs and cancer-causing substances if the vape fluid is too hot.The difference that looks very clear is in the tobacco content. Vape certainly does not contain tobacco like cigarettes in general. However, that doesn't mean that e-cigarettes are any better than tobacco cigarettes. Vape and cigarettes have many harmful ingredients that have negative effects on the health of our bodies. The vapor generated by vaping is also as dangerous as the smoke from tobacco cigarettes. If you inhale vapor, it can cause asthma, shortness of breath and coughing. In addition, the liquid in e-cigarettes contains chemicals that are harmful to children. Side effects can make your heart rate increase, sweat and even vomit. When vape fluid comes into contact with children's skin it can cause a burning sensation. Vapes also have a risk of exploding, because they use batteries.A person who consumes cigarettes will get negative effects on his body for years. Meanwhile, e-cigarettes are based on a report from the Centers or Disease for Control and Prevention that e-cigarettes can cause seizures and serious lung damage in just over a year.Until now there are no facts to prove that the dangers of e-cigarettes are lower than cigarettes. As reported by CNNIndonesia.com, various studies have conducted research on e-cigarettes (vape) and the results state that e-cigarettes contain harmful substances such as Tobacco Specific Nitrosamines (TSNA), Diethylene Glycol (DEG) and carbon monoxide. In addition, e-cigarettes also increase plasma carbon monoxide levels and have an acute effect on the lungs like tobacco cigarettes, in which exhaled air nitric oxide levels drop significantly. In several countries such as Australia, Hong Kong, India, the Netherlands, Argentina, Canada and several other countries have banned the use of e-cigarettes and there are laws if you continue to use them. Other countries have banned it because e-cigarettes are considered as dangerous as tobacco cigarettes.

that's all and thank you, I'm sorry if there are words that are not right, apologize

E-cigarettes are by now forbidden in several countries because they harm the health. If you ask me both are harmful. I don'know about e-cigarettes but cigarettes cause cancer to nonsmokers as well, even worse. Time to sue all those smokers.

Damaging your own health is fine with me (medical help should not be given) but to children, partners, colleagues who don't smoke is a crime.
