Narcotics comes from the English "narcotics" which means drug. Psychotropics are substances or drugs, both natural and synthetic, not narcotics, which have psychoactive properties through a selective influence on the central nervous system that causes changes in mental activity and behavior (Law No. 5 of 1997). But after the enactment of Law no. 35 of 2009 concerning narcotics, then the psychotropic drugs group I and II are included in the narcotics category. Thus at this time when talking about group III and IV psychotropic problems in accordance with Law no. 5 of 1997.From the terms Drugs and Drugs, in the world of rehabilitation both are referred to as psychoactive substances. This is because psychoactive substances cause changes in the structure and workings of the brain.The classification of drugs itself can be classified into 5 groups
1. Stimulants are substances that have the effect of increasing or triggering the work of the central nervous system.
