নিজেকে পরিবর্তন করা-- ভালবাসার মানুষকে কেন, কোনো কিছুকেই তো আমরা স্বেচ্ছায় ভুলতে পারি না। ভুলতে যাওয়া মানেই হচ্ছে মনে করার উন্নত প্রয়াশ। আর যা ভুলে যাওয়ার তা এমনিতেই ভুলে যাই। যেমন চেষ্টা করেও মনে করতে পারলাম না একটু আগেই বিছানা ছাড়ার সময় কোন পা আগে নামিয়েছিলাম। দেখবেন কয়েক বছর আগের ঘটনা মনে নেই, আবার ছোটবেলার কোন একটা ঘটনা এখনও মনে রয়ে গেছে। তাই ভালবাসার মানুষকে ভুলার চেষ্টা না করে নিজের স্বাভাবিক জীবন শুরু করা উচিৎ। তাতেই মন ধীরে ধীরে পথ পরিবর্তন করবো।
