Papaya is a very tasty fruit. It can be eaten raw and ripe. It is very beneficial for our health in both cases. Today I will tell you about both case's benefits.

First I will explain raw's papaya benefits:-

  • Aids Digestion:-Raw papaya can help you cleanse your body and improve digestion. (It same work as ripe papaya)

  • It helps in cell repair.

  • This a Powerhouse Of Vitamins, Minerals.

  • It also soothes inflammation or infection.

  • It prevents constipation:- Raw papaya is loaded with fiber which prevents constipation.

Now I will explain ripe's papaya benefits:-

  • It helps to good Eye health:- Papayas are loaded with Vitamin A and antioxidants, which help in improving eye health.

  • It is also anti-aging.

  • It mostly helps in weight loss. (Which is needed all girl for keep thems good figure)

  • It also makes Better cardiovascular health.

  • It is great a medicine for diabetics. (It's great for diabetics)
