The year 2016 July 1st

This is the start of my Job in the Local Government Unit in our place.

I was hired at that time because the Mayor sitting in that position at that time was our ally. I am expected that I was assigned in the market as the Secretay told when I submit the Resume. But the time when I started my job I was assigned to the Municipal Treasury Office. My first task is to enter in the journal the receipt payment with the land taxpayers. After that, I put some paid stamps of the released cheque and vouchers of the Regular Employees, sometimes I collected the payment of the Clearances and collected the payment of the Water Bill.

At that time the Department Head of the MTO has no trust in me in doing some collection, but her staff trust me because they keep giving that task when the MTO Head is not around. There are times that the MTO Head arrived and we did not notice it, she's scolding her staff and told them why they allow me to collect the payment. It hurts when there is someone in your co-workers who doesn't trust me, she doesn't trust me because I am just a Contract of Service. Yes, I am a contract of Service at that time but there is one Contract of Service same as me that she trusts the most she allow it to collect everything and me setting the corner waiting for someone to call me to help them.

The year 2017, June 15th

I received a Memo from the Mayor's Office, that I am going to transfer to another department. They needed another staff because their Disbursing Officer was Hired in the DepEd. I cried when I transfer to another department because I need to adjust to the new environment. But I was wrong the Department head of the Office where I transferred was trust me so much. Before I was disbursing Officer and a month ago I became a Cashier she entrusted me to collect the payment of the Tuition fee of the Students.

At first, the Department Head of the MTO doesn't approve it but my new Department Head insisted so they give me the Official receipt to collect the payment of the Tuition fee. During the examination period, I was so busy collecting the payment in the whole day I can receive hundreds of thousands. I was so afraid because it is my first time collecting that big amount but eventually I got used to it.

There is a time that the Liquidating Officer congratulate me because I've reached my quota of the year. I've reached more than a million by collecting the Tuition fee of the Student and that collection is for the salary of the Staff and Salary for the Teachers in that School.

The year 2018, June 1st

We received the Memorandum from the Main Office of the School that affiliated with the LGU that the School was approved by the government for the free tuition. The main Office School requested the Mayor's Office to recommend staff to operate the School in a free tuition process. In that same year, we refunded the Students the tuition they paid for 1 semester because they paid that semester that the free tuition was approved earlier but the notice by External was a delay.

In the same month, the recommendation letter by the mayor was approved by the Main Campus and I am the one who will transfer to the School that is no more connected in the LGU. We process the papers, and I was appointed as a Supply and Finance Staff.

After a year the election came again the Mayor we supported did not win, we are sad but we are still happy because our job is not affected because the LGU was not the one who paid our salary so they did not kick as out. Hahaha.

For how many months we stayed in the Dolca office we decided to relocate in the one of the National High where we can 2 rooms because we are not affiliated with the LGU so we are not allowed to Stay in their building too. The relocation was finished immediately but arranging the the papers and the cabinet will last a little bit Longer.

We can say new place, new home, new Environment. Hhhhmmmp, I am really sure that this place is my new Environment to adjust or this is the place where I will disappoint a lot more.
