This is the moon an hour ago... It is in the waxing gibbous phase. It means that the moon has passed the half-moon stage and is increasing in brightness until it reaches the full moon stage. Gibbous is a Latin word that means "humpbacked." It describes the convex shape of the moon. Tonight the illumination is 98%. Tomorrow night will be 100%, that means the brightness will be complete, hence it is called a full moon.🌝 The sky was clear and bright a while ago, albeit cloudy with those stratocumulus clouds. Sometimes the moon was obscured, but after a while it would reappear. The silhouettes of the post with electric wires and the dangling cables were visible. These dangling wires are already a feature of my sky photography.😉 Editing them out is unrealistic, I prefer them to remain as they are. Hope you like my pre-full moon pics, guys!
