Easy tips.

Ectomorph Training Tips:-T1.

1.rain heavier with repetitions in the 5-10 range (this depletes your muscle more to help rebuild it when resting)

2.Take longer rest breaks (due to higher weights used)

  • Do not do cardio

  • If you must do cardio make sure its HIIT style cardio.........
