Ectomorph Training Tips:-T1.
1.rain heavier with repetitions in the 5-10 range (this depletes your muscle more to help rebuild it when resting)
2.Take longer rest breaks (due to higher weights used)
Do not do cardio
If you must do cardio make sure its HIIT style cardio.........
