US Secretary of State concerned over China's aggressive move in Tibet

US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo has also expressed concern over President Xi Jinping's move to influence Chinese culture in Buddhist-majority Tibet. On Wednesday, he expressed concern over the Communist Party's aggressive move in Tibet, an autonomous region of China.

Mike Pompeo also called on Beijing to hold talks with the Dalai Lama or his representatives without preconditions.

"We are concerned about the move by Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, and call on the Dalai Lama or his representatives to reach an agreement with Beijing without any preconditions," he told a news conference.
