Hi guys, today I wanna share with you how to cook ampalaya less bitter, first you just need to thinly slice the ampalaya and then soak it in sea salt without water about 5-10 minutes.set aside after 10mins squeeze the ampalaya well to release its bitterness.
then rinse with water to remove the salt.now we can cook first to heat the oil in the pan.saute garlic onion tomato and pork until golden brown add water cover it.after boiling for 5 minutes you can put the ampalaya cover do not mix.after 2mins then put the beaten egg in the last, remove to the heat and served

1.garlic 2cloves
2.onion medium
3.tomatoes 2pcs.
4.salt to taste
5.eggs 2pcs medium
6.sugar optional
7.water 1/2 cup
8.pepper to taste
