Employee vs employer

Hi, guys good evening to all of you,

here in the picture shows the income of an employee. Unlike a company owner who does nothing but earns a lot.

that's how hard it is to be an employee no matter how hard you work if you have a small income it's hard to get rich.

almost only a drop of water goes to an employee while the owner running water in other words they benefit the most from an employee's fatigue.

Then the other management does not treat the employee well.

what can you say about it?
