Salad
1 (16 ounce) packed uncooked dried rosamarina pasta
2 cups small broccoli flowerets
4 medium(2cups) carrots thinly sliced
2 stalks (1cup) celery ,coarsely chopped
3/4 cup chopped onion
2 (8 ounce) package imitation crab legs cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Dressing
1 (16ounce) carton 2 cups Land I lakes light sour cream
2 (8ounce) cartons 2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
2 to 3 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
This delightful salad makes enough to serve a crowd.
Cook pasta according to package directions.rinse pasta with cold water, drain.In very large bowl combine pasta and all remaining salad ingredients.In medium bowl stir together all dressing ingredients.Gently stir dressing into salad.Cover , refrigerate at least 2 hrs Yield ;16 serving
