Your breathing shows your self-esteem. How you breathe directly into your pleasure and enjoyment of life. These are surprising statements, yet we can observe their truth in those around us. If you take a deep breath, you are driving life and what to give. If you have a shallow breath, you probably do not feel confident and feel safe. Shallow Breathing = Anxiety, High Blood Pressure, Nervous Disorder, and more I interviewed the first graders and, along with the teachers, checked their breathing. Only one child breathes deeply. All other first graders were shallow breaths at age six. How do you think they felt starting in the first grade as shallow breaths - anxious, confident, and safe, or anxious, excited, and scared? Experts agree that shallow, chest breathing is associated with anxiety, high blood pressure, nervous disorders, depression, and mental illness. Deep Breathing Quiets Mind, Reduces Blood Pressure, Uplifts Attitudes, and more Deep breathing, using the diaphragm muscles and abdomen, makes sense, reduces blood pressure, increases unhealthy behaviors, and decreases psychosomatic symptoms. Encourage children to breathe more effectively so they can be Interior healthy in a dirty environment Emotionally secure and able to control their emotions Focus on thinking about their school work and hobbies Open and preserve their attitude towards life
