Taken a few years back when we had our team reunion and anniversary. I worked for T-mobile as their account specialist. Well, that was a tough account..but they say AT&T is the hardest. I don’t know if it’s true. After I left my job as facilitator for a NGO, I applied in BPO and luckily got into the industry and worked for years. I almost gave up at first, because it was draining me emotionally, mentally and physically. Maybe because of the toxic customers. Lol! It was all part of the job. TiVo made my growth, and name calling no longer affects me. It’s raining again. I hope 2022 will be a good year.
