This was our lunch. We added cabbage and green papaya in our beef stew. My brother-in-law loves slow cooked meals and this includes this beef stew which I boiled until it became tender, for hours! Huffing and puffing because the wood I use were still damp. Lol! Tonight, we’ll be having our dinner in the nearby town. That’s one Barangay away from our house. We live in the boundary of New Bataan and Compostela. We were invited by my brother-in-law’s sister. It’s her son’s birthday today.
