So my boyfriend and I were talking earlier about ouR plans. He already met my family, and he’s calling my mother “Nanay” the moment I introduced him to my family. Hahaha! They’ve been pretty close and they talk a lot of things including the wedding. We can’t have a ceremony until October next year, because it’s “sukob”. So we both agreed to have it on December next year. A simple wedding with family and close friends. We got a year to prepare for it. As had been agreed, it will be at my hometown. In a small community church we call “kapilya”, where I served as catechist for years and an active youth leader. A not so fancy wedding. It has been my dream of getting married at that church and fill it with white flowers and Cadena de amor (Coral vine) flower! I am taking inspirations from online communities from the invitation designs, giveaways, food and the total appearance of our wedding. It will be more of DIY because it will be a low budget wedding. Hahaha! I am pretty much excited to take this relationship to a new level.
