Staying positive:

We all know that being stay positive is all about good vibes.

But how we can stay posetive order to use our energies in the right directions.

It’s sometime looks harder to us to find the motivation of staying positive when the positivity is seeing nothing more than a fruitful wish.

The real obstacle against the phenomena of staying positive is obviously our mind because it is hard for our brains to stay positive.

  1. Positivity and your health relation:

When we loss a control on our minds so it becomes more harmful to our health as well because being negetive means that we are thinking much more not on Good things but rather we are focusing on bad things and as a result we loss the control on our minds as a result of which it destroy our good health.

Here are some of the tips from the experiences of my own life in order to stay positive:

1. Avoid negetive self thought or talk:

The first step to stay positive is to stop always being in a factionary self talk which can be result into a over thinking.

The more you been involved or giving attention to the negetive thoughts the more power you will give it to them.

Whenever you believe that the over thinking or self fiction thought is ruining peace of your mind so try to write it down and then focus on it that why you are continuously thinking and solve the problem.

2. Identification of positive vibes or thoughts:

After you have cleared out your mind from the self talk negetive thoughts now it’s time for your mind to focus on what actually your mind want means to focus on positive..

You must continue this practice to give your mind a practical work for some time then it will go to normal conditions.

Whenever the life activities are going well so you are happy it going well.

But when the things are not going very well so we loss our command on the brain and start overthinking as a result of which it suffers us a lot.

But whenever things are not going well so you your kind is full of negetive thoughts and it’s hard and which will be a challenge.

And now this is the moment where you need to think about any such type of positive act that has happened to you no matter Small or big just remind it and focus on it.

So you can easily shift your attentions from negetive to posetive side.

3. Always be thankful for what you have:

Try to focus on what you have in your life that other don’t have try to focus towards the blessings of your life by developing the attaiude of gratitude you will find yourself more calm and posetive.

By doing this you are focusing on the posetive aspects of your life which will automatically lead your mind to a posetive peaceful mind.
