Depression:
The state of a mind that suffering our life and that it has been dominating our personality and affect our daily life because of which many different types of problems arise.
Life:
We are living our life according to the satisfaction of others people we think that other people are satisfied from a so then we are fully completed and there is no need of anything which can complete your life because of this reasons other people has dominated our personality and mind and the mind belongs to those people not to to us.
The most important phenomena is that, that our life has been ruled by others and when they want us to be happy so we are happy and when they don't want us to be happy so we don't.
For example:
We mostly focus on this date when someone will tell us that we are looking good as compared to to our own thinking that how we look and what we are.
So when the society wants that you are to be happy so you are and when they don't want so you are not in the state which you are expected from the society or other people's.
My life:
My life has always been through some sort of depression and some sort of happiness because I have expected from the others that they would tell us that how we are looking get how we should.
How to avoid:
If you are looking to avoid depression overthinking and to have a good and healthy happy life so we must think about ourselves or about our life in our own we should not expect from the society or other people that they would tell us that we are looking good or not because what you think about yourself matters more no other things matter.
