Which place do you prefer, to live in the city or in the province?

Hi everyone. This photo was taken by me riding in the boat near in Manila Bay, Philippines. I saw at the middle of the sea, how polluted this city yet a lot of people choose to work here and live in here coz they know that this place is a better place than province. Share me your thoughts.
