Have you ever felt like throwing in the towel?
In the bible, there was a story about Job, Job is a man who has everything. But nawala lahat sakanya. Lahat ng bagay na kayang isipin ng tao na meron sya ay nawala sakanya. Lahat ng possessions na meron sya.
In life there are 2 choices
1. is "To give up"
2. is "To stand up"
Kapag naramdaman natin ito lumapit lang tayo kay God. At bumalik sa words nya.
Saan ito makikita?
1. Sa Bibliya
2. Sermons thru online/sunday service church
3. Training or Bible Study
Dahil sa mga paraan na ito, dito tayo makakaparinig ng word ni God.
May benefits ba saatin ang word of God? OO meron. It will give us Hope, Strenght, and Rest. Ang kailangan lang natin gawin ay i-open natin ang puso natin to receive His words.
HOW DO WE HOLD ON WHEN WE FEEL LIKE GIVING UP?
HOW DO FIND THE STRENGTH TO PERSEVERE?
Some of us, nakakaranas ng tinatawag na "Silent Depression" tipong okay naman tayo pero deep inside ang bigat na. Ang bigat bigat na. Pero tinatago lang pala natin ito.

These are the 3 key thoughts to help you during those times when you feel like throwing in the towel.
I. UNDERSTAND THAT GOD IS IN CONTROL
Jeremiah 29:11-13
That heart ache, head ache, that pain will give a hope. Those things will shape you. To mold you. To make us stronger.
Not to make us comfortable but to conform us.
II. TRUST IN GOD'S POWER
Jeremiah 32:17 “Ah, Sovereign Lord , you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for you."
Hirap na hirap kana ba sa situation mo?
Nothing is too hard for GOD
You are in financial crisis?
Nothing is too hard for GOD!
Feel mo hindi kana makakapag tapos ng pag aaral mo?
Nothis is too hard for God!
There is nothing too hard for God kapatid. All we need is lumapit lang tayo kay God to seek help.
III. PLACE YOUR HOPE IN CHRIST ALONE
Romans 15:13
Don't throw in the towel.
God is Victory. Ibinigay na sayo ng Lord ang VICTORY kaya wag mo ng ibibigay pa ito kay Satan - Satan is a father of lies. Lahat ng lies na sinasabi sayo ng mundo ay hindi totoo. Dahil hindi iyan ang tingin sayo ng Diyos.
1 Corinthians 10:13
- Don't give up when your long asked-and-sought-and-knocked for prayers have not yet been answered.
Wag kang titigil hanggat hindi pa sinasagot ng Lord ang mga prayers mo.
Luke 18:1b "that they should always pray and not give up."
- Don't give up when your labor in obscurity and you wonder how much it even matters.
Wag kang titigil kahit na hindi nakikita ng magulang mo ang lahat ng efforts mo. Hindi man nakikita o na aappreciate ng mga tao yung ginagawa mo o yung worth mo.
In Matthew 6:4 "Your father who sees in secret will reward you."
Nakikita naman ng Lord ang lahat ng hirap mo, ang lahat ng pag papagal mo. And He will reward you by doing that.
- Don't give up when you failed in sin.
If it feels like paulit-ulit ka nalang sa kasalanan nayan? Give it to Jesus, baka kase hindi mo pa binibigay ang 100% mo sa Diyos. Repent & fix your eyes on Jesus.
