Reasons you shouldn't starve yourself

Everyone needs food yes but most people have a tendency of skipping meals when they feel or think they have too much to do and eating is wasting there time .well that's not the best way to go about it cause it has a lot of effects and this is a very bad thing one can do to one self .

1.starving yourself makes you have little or no energy even without realizing it you will just find that the min you decide to skip your meals chances are low that you will even finish doing what u had targeted to do .

2.staying hungry will trigger things such as headache and for some people it triggers migraines 😩 and it's a very bad feeling one can go through hence to avoid such it's better to not skip meals.

3.skiping meals makes you lose weight than normal and it is a very bad sign cause you might even end up having kwashiokwa if you're not careful with how you take care of your well being and healthy standards .
