Found on Ave C next to a smashed screen. A big one.
We folded one sheet 'round the boys head for a robot helmet. Very trippy trying to walk with that helmet on: things appear shifted by almost 20 degrees. The trick is to get your hand in your vision, and position it (your distorted hand's image) on the objects in the direction you want to go.
