The concept of loneliness
What does this kind of human experience imply? It is characterized by its uniqueness, individuality and subjectivity.
Loneliness is characterized by complete immersion in one's own thoughts and feelings, and this is the specificity of loneliness. However, it differs from other experiences in that it embraces the person completely, helping him to reconnect with his inner, sometimes unconscious. Often if a person is lonely, he tries to actively search for means that will help him to overcome this affliction, because it does not meet the hopes and expectations of the person, because of which he is perceived in a negative way.
However, loneliness can be cognitive, because it helps a person to find a place in his life, helps to know himself and his essence much deeper.
A person can feel loneliness not only when he is all alone, the crowd can also provoke this state. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to determine what exactly a person lacks and what kind of communication he needs. Maybe it is some impressions or information, something that a person is in dire need of. If you give a person what he wants, his condition will normalize and he will stop feeling lonely and abandoned by everyone.
