Just imagine a stone being put a catapult. As you stretch or pull the string the farther the stone goes.
It is the same with success When you want to be successful whether in the school, at workplace, gym any sector you find yourself you have to work harder. The more the effort you put in the more succesful you become in that sector.
So be ready to put in that effort. Be ready to accept the challenge.
Knowing and accepting the challenge is the first step to success.
Accept what you have set out to do is a very difficult task. Doing that prepares your body and mind to face it.
Remember if it is that easy everybody could have done that.
Since learning, excersing, sticking to a new habit are sometimes difficult to achieve, it is not everyone who can achieve it.
To achieve those, one thing to do is to remain discipline. When it is time to a task JUST DO It. Do not procrastinate. If you have to exercise at 6am be ready at 5:50am. 5 or 10 minutes earlier.
Also be realistic. You have to the limits to what you can do. Make it a challenge to exceed your limits sometimes.If you can't exceed it don't be discourage because obviously you are giving your best. But when you are trying to do more and its affect your health both physically or mentally or your religious routines then take your time and adjust your schedules.
There should be no room for excuses. Excuses sound best to those who make them. Listening to your body when it does not feel like doing a particular task is an obstacle on your way to success.
If the body does not FEEL LIKE exercising. Does it mean do not exercise?. Your body also wants to be in its comfort zone so don't always listen to it. But if you are sick or not feeling well, take time to rest and recover.
