I have always stated in one of my comments that Tottenham Was going to get pass Chelsea on this game, but that Chelsea was going to push them so hard in it.
Timo Werner 19th minute strike look set to send Chelsea to the last 8 but Erik Lamela 83rd minute goal poured cold water on Chelsea's party as the game eventually went into a penalty shootout and Tottenham came out on top with Mason Mount missing his own spot kick to gift Jose Mourinho Tottenham victory.
