In my opinion, it is easy to get approved by Google Adsense compared to meeting the traffic requirements for these ad networks. It is really hard to get even 5000 views per month on your website let alone 10,000, or 50,000 for that matter. I know this because I own three websites and I have not been able to get more than 5000 views per month.

If your content is unique and if you have published a lot of content on your site, you can get approval from adsense even if you get only 10 visits per day. But 10 visit per day will give you 300 visits in a month, this is very low traffic. In order to earn, you need at least 5K monthly traffic. However, if you have 100 popular articles, getting 5K monthly traffic is not very difficult.

Your site should have some traffic, but traffic is not the criteria for adsense approval. Adsense is more concerned with content quality. If your content is of high quality and if you have a lot of articles on your site, you ar likely to get approved. earning from blog is not easy but it is very possible to earn provided you work hard.

One of the best ways to earn from a blog is through sponsorship. However, this will happen only when you have a lot of traffic. No one will advertise on a low-traffic site. You can receive ads only when you have high traffic. But then if you have high traffic, you may earn more from adsense compared to personal ads and sponsorship.

Using Adsense: Youtube Vs. Website

You can use adsense to make money in two ways, one, by using adsnese on your youtube videos, and two by using adsnese ads on your blog, website, or forums. The first method is completely free, you do not have to spend money to create youtube channel and do not have to spend money to monetize your channel (if you want to reach monetization faster, you might have to spend money on ads but that is not mandatory, you can actually reach monetization without spending any money). However, in order to run ads on your blogs, webste, forums, etc. you need a domain and hosting. You will have to spend money to buy domains and hosting. You also need knowledge to set up a website. If you do not know how to set up a website, you might have to spend money hire a developer. The only exception to this is if you use blogspot to run your website. Blogspot is the only free platform that adsense allows. Adsense is not available on any other free platforms.

Once you have set up your blog, you need to publish quality content. It is really hard to say how many posts you need, I once have had my blog approved for just 11 articles, and my another blog was not accepted until I had 35 articles published. If adsense thinks you have few content if you tell you the reason for rejection that you have thin content. You need to remember that your article should original, never published else where, and not copied from any other sources. You should also avoid publishing on saturated topics because sometimes when you publish on topics that have been extensively published online adsense might not accept your blog.

You don't have to pay money to use adsnese, therefore, there is no question of affording adsense. You need a self hosted blog to be able to use adsense but if you don't have funds to start a self-hosted blog, you can try blogspot, which is free to use. But I guess since you want to make money through blogging, you are really to spend some bucks on a domain and hosting. If you are really good writer, getting approval from adsense shouldn't be difficult because the basic crtiteria for adsense approval is content quality., If you do not have money for domain and hosting and if you do not want to use blogspot, you can try blogging on third party blogging sites like hubpages, medium, vocal, read cash, puiblish0x, etc. There are numerous blogging sites that you can join for free and make money blogging without spending a dime

Making Money With Adsense

Adsense is one of the most common ways to make money from your blog or youtube. In fact adsense is also one of the easiest ways to make money from your blog. While other monetization options like affiliate ads need product purchases for you to make money, ad sales require tons of traffic, you can earn from adsnese with little traffic. When I say little traffic I don't mean 100-200 visits, what I am trying to say is if you can generate 1k-2k daily traffic you can earn from adsnese. If you want to earn more from adsense you need to earn more per ad click (adsese is basically a PPC ad network where publishers will earn for each ad click. In order to earn more from ad click, you need traffic from high tier countries because most of the ads target customers in high tier country. Secondly, you need to target high paying ads like insurance, finance, marketing, etc.

In order to earn more form adsense, click through rate on your website must be higher, make sure you get at least a 5 percent click through rate. Another factor that affects your adsense earning is your cost per click, the higher the cost per click, the more money you make, you need to get at least 10 cents per click on average. click through rate refers to a number of clicks on your website per 100 visitors. if you have a 5 percent click through rate, it means out of 100 visitors on your site, 5 visitors are clicking on your ads. cost per click means the amount you get per click. if your cost per click is 10 cents, and your click through rate is 5 percent, you will be earning 50 cents per 100 visits and $5 per 1000 visits. Thus, work on increasing your adsense revenue, and try to earn more click through rate and cost per click.

The niches that get more money from the advertisers are high earning niches. Since google ads receive more money in these niches, adsense also alwys better rates on these niches. Popular niches are niches that a lot of people are interested in. These niches get a lot of searches to form people and also views. High-earning niches might not be very popular niches and popular niches might not be high-earning niches. However, there are also niches that are in between. In other words, some niches are popular with searchers and visitors and in the mean time, they also get good rates from advertisers. Therefore, if you want to use adsense on your videos or blogs, you need to use niches that not only get you traffic but also money. If you use high earning niche but fail to pull traffic, you might not earn from your blog or vlog. This is very important point to remember.

Can You Make Full-time Income From Adsense?

When I started earning through Adsense on my blog and youtube channel, my aim was to make $1 per day. Later, my target increased and my aim was to make $10 from adsense every day. Now that I sometimes cross that target, I am aiming for higher adsense earning, for instance $100 daily. Is this achievable? Well, Google AdSense can be a source of income for both blogs and YouTube channels, but earning $100 daily requires hundreds of thousands of daily views. Building such high traffic demands significant effort and time. Success relies on achieving a high click-through rate (CTR) and a higher cost-per-click (CPC) rate.

If you are trying to earn from your youtube channel or blog, the most important question you might be facing right now is: Can I make fulltime income from adsense?

The answer is YES!

But then there is a follow up question:

How can you make fulltime income from adsense?

The answer is pretty simple, you need to get a lot of views.

Now, you might want to know how much exactly is a lot of views.

While on youtube you earn for impression, on blog you will be basically earning for clicks.

The adsnese CPM rate and CPC rate depends on a lot of factors such as traffic location, type of ads, target keywords etc.

If you are receiving $5 CPM rate you will be earning $5 per 1000 views on your videos. If you are receiving 10 cents per click, you will be generating $1 for 10 clicks on your ads.

If you want to earn better CPM and CPC, you need traffic from higher tier country.

Visitors' retention is very important in order to earn from adsense on your site/youtube. Visitor retention means people who come to your site stay on your site for some time checking website content, interacting with the content, and also ads. You site needs to feature matching ads in order to improve click through rate.

Amazon Vs. Adsense: Which is Better

If you ask me this question, I will tell you Adsense is more profitable than affiliate marketing. However, if you ask this question to a blogger who is making a lot of money as an Amazon associate, he will tell you that earning with affiliate marketing is better than adsense. You don't know which one is better until you try yourself. When I stated blogging, affiliate marketing and adsense both were in my mind. I started using both, but for 4 months, I did not earn a single penny with amazon but made some money on adsense. For me adsense worked.

How Not to Get Banned By Adsense

Adsense is the most popular method to make money form a blog but sadly a lot of people get banned. Many people try to make a new account with a different email when they get banned from AdSense. But sadly this does not work as once banned, you are banned forever.

Some of the common reasons for getting banned are:

PTC traffic: If you use incentivized traffic, you get banned.

Click fraud: If you click your own ads, you get banned. If someone frequently clicks on your ads, you get banned.

Incentivized clicks: If you pay people to click on your ads, you get banned.

If you do not want to get banned avoid these mistakes.

If you are already using an adsense account, creating another account is illegal. Adsense allows only one adsense per household. It does not allow adsense for each member of the family. However, you can create another adsense account if you are living in another place. For example, husband and wide in the same house can't have separate adsense. Check Adsense policy. It is strictly not allowed to publish your click through rate, payment per click, or Adsense earning in general. If you know high traffic websites, you will understand how much they are earning from Adsense. THink about the sites like Business Insider, Investopedi, Forbes etc. I am talking about a news portal that receives tons of traffic.
