There are multiple reasons why people use social media, however, if you ask me to give one main reason why people use social media, I would say people use social media to communicate with other people. They create content and share content on social media to communicate their perceptions, aspirations, dreams, etc.

These days everyone is using social media platforms and most of them want to become successful. The word success can indicate different things for different people, however, if you ask me to provide a quick answer, I would say for most people becoming successful on social media means being able to reach a lot of people and getting a lot of engagements.

While it is very likely that all the responses you get might be valid, the most important thing to consider is becoming a storyteller.
