Tonight in the Orthodox religion around the world is a great celebration and joy

THE RESURRECTION OF THE LORD

the resurrection of the Lord is a boundless joy of all man by the resurrection of the Lord man returns to heaven again

the heaven from which Adam had fallen out of disobedience

the resurrection of the Lord is the victory of good over evil, it is the destruction of evil who loses all the power he had before over man from Adam to the descent of the Lord into hell where he freed all the righteous who because of Adam's sin were in hell.

is the return of man to heaven who had been lost because of disobedience by Adam and because of Adam all the righteous man or they didn't go to hell

and when our Lord Jesus Christ, after being crucified on the cross and dying, descends with the soul to hell

and there He binds Satan with chains and then frees all righteous people who were there as a result of the fact that all men after Adam until the crucifixion and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ

they were somehow condemned to hell waiting for the cleansing of sin by washing with the very blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Every year since the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ in Jerusalem, the miracle of the coming of the light that descends in time takes during the resurrection service

This miracle occurs only in us Orthodox over time. Many other Christian religions have longed for the light to come to them.

but the holy light comes only to the Orthodox during the resurrection service

being then brought to each Orthodox Church by a representative who brings it to the midnight nights when we enter the Sunday of the Resurrection.
