Hello everyone, welcome to my new post.
In today's post, I will share with you what I learned about acne from my friend who is a dermatologist at a children's hospital.
How did I come to this knowledge? Exactly two weeks ago my brother came home from work and had two pimples on his face that are very big and nasty looking very ugly my brother went to a dermatologist and there he met my school friend who is a dermatologist for teenagers.
My friend took him to the chief doctor for acne pimples and gave him the appropriate creams and therapy.
After that day, the next day, my friend called me and told me all that she had seen my brother in the hospital, and then I asked her to come to me and explain everything about those pimples to try to remove it from my face. brother, does it really look really bad, and when all the pus bursts, it leaks and swells up again and wakes up and the blood is very ugly to see.
My brother took sick leave in the company and now he adheres to all the doctor's rules, he uses creams, powder medications and so on, and he already has an impact from all that.
So now I'm going to share with you what you didn't know about acne and I learned from my school friend who is a dermatologist now read all this carefully and learn something more.
Teenage is full of challenges and temptations - the last thing you need at this moment is problematic skin…
From the outbreak of acne out of nowhere and an oily face that glows uncontrollably, to those strange pimples that make everyone seem to be looking at you, skin problems can be very frustrating and unpleasant.
If you're a typical teenager, you probably feel like you're the only one with acne. However, it is true that 30 to 90% of adolescents struggle with this problem at some point in their growth. Acne is even so common that it is considered to be a normal part of puberty. However, that knowledge doesn't mean much to you while looking in the mirror at that huge pimple that you didn't need right now…
Dermatologists believe that acne is an inflammatory disease of the skin, with changes in the sebaceous glands and hair follicles. They often have a chronic course, and mostly occur on the face, chest and back. They have been noticed in both sexes, but it has been noticed that girls consult a doctor more often.
There are many misconceptions about acne. First of all, acne is not a common skin infection. The cause is a complex interaction of hormonal changes, sebum, excessive multiplication of otherwise harmless bacteria, inflammation… Also, there is no evidence that certain types of food can affect the course of the disease. Lack of personal hygiene is not the cause of worsening acne, and excessively frequent, inadequate and aggressive care can make the changes more visible and painful.
Girls often notice that the condition of the face worsens before the onset of the menstrual cycle, which occurs due to hormonal imbalance. Thick or greasy make-up, brushing and squeezing acne, tight clothing, which causes constant skin friction and a moist environment, are not allies in the fight for a more beautiful and cleaner face.
But, the most important thing is to remember that there is always a way to improve, so you should not hesitate to seek the help of a dermatologist. He will determine the right way of therapy tailored just for you…
I hope you have learned something more now and that I have helped you, thanks for reading the post until next time.
