Ingredients
For gingerbread:
400 g flour
180 g of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons sodabone
2 eggs
2 tablespoons honey
30 g margarine
1 teaspoon spice for gingerbread
Decoration:
200 g powdered sugar
1 white

Preparation
Mix egg, sugar, honey and melted margarine with a mixer. Add flour mixed with sodabon and ground spices. Mix everything well, knead, and when we get a compact mixture, put it in the refrigerator to stand for at least 2 hours. Then flatten the dough with a rolling pin and take out the desired shapes with a mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Gingerbreads can be decorated in various ways: 1 egg white mixed with about 200 g of powdered sugar and a little vinegar, put in a bag, cut off the end and draw as desired.
