How did I come to this knowledge?
6 months ago I decided to quit smoking because I noticed that lately I have been coughing a lot and I feel bad, I feel weak in my legs, I always have a bad picture of my blood pressure and the like.
I went to the doctor, I explained all that to the doctor and the doctor sent me to an institution to quit smoking to teach classes and what is wrong with why we all make mistakes in our lives.

1. A little movement

2. Too much alcohol
Alcohol is harmful, everyone knows that. A third glass of wine or beer puts a significant strain on the liver, and which glass more can create even bigger problems. If you want to stay healthy, stay away from alcohol.
3. Cigarettes
Cigarette smoking leads to narrowing of blood vessels, and thus to the appearance of hypertension. Cigarette toxins interfere with everything, including the growth and ability to regenerate bone tissue, which can lead to osteoporosis at a later age. For another seven years after you stop smoking, your body will expel toxins accumulated in the body.
4. Loaded spine
The spine "remembers" every overload. Two hours of sitting in a car for the spine is worse than eight hours of sitting in the office, because there, from time to time, you stretch your legs and spine. The spinal column is especially sensitive in the lower part. Whenever you can, do exercises to strengthen your back muscles.
5. Too much meat products
Consuming meat products on a daily basis is not healthy. Doctors have established that saturated animal fats, by decomposing in our body, create substances that increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases. For starters, choose one day a week when you will not be eating meat products at all.
6. Too little fluid
How much fluid do you take in daily? A little? In case you didn't know, experts have determined that 8 glasses a day is necessary for the normal functioning of the organism. It doesn't have to be water, drink non-carbonated juices (natural, freshly squeezed are the best), yogurt, milk, tea.
I hope I have given you useful information that I myself wrote down and learned in that lecture and I would recommend everyone to take care of their health if not for themselves then for their family.
