Puff pastry with blueberries

You have to try this, it is so beautiful and delicious that it is indescribable until it is made and tasted.

Ingredients:

  • 500g puff pastry

  • 125g blueberries, fresh + for decoration

  • 7 tablespoons - blueberry sweet

  • 1 egg yolk

  • Sunoko sugar for sprinkling

Preparation:

Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees. Divide the puff pastry into two equal thin rectangles and place one in a rectangular baking dish, covered with baking paper, so that the ends come out and bend at the edges. Arrange fresh blueberries on top, and spread the jam evenly over them. Cover with another layer joining the ends.

If you have dough left, decorate it with different shapes than you like.

Spread the beaten egg yolk with a little water and sprinkle with Sunoko sugar - brown or crystal. Bake until golden brown in an already preheated oven.
