While you are watching football, something as vain and inconsequential as a sport final, I am enjoying interesting content about the dark web, mysterious boxes and amazing paranormal videos. Football has never caught my attention and neither has baseball, in reality there are few sports that catch my attention, unless it is to bet on fantasy football or on some betting system (which I do once every 2 years or something like that). I'm not criticizing whoever does it, I'm just saying that I'm going against what everyone else is doing, against trends, I'm not just another sheep that gets carried away by the mainstream. In short, everyone with their theme and their stuff, I'm still doing my thing, I'm going to warm up my lunch and continue enjoying the dark web.

I do not criticize those who watch the game, that is each person's choice, what I criticize my friend is the fact of following a current. If it were at least something occasional as in your case, or in the event that someone has a bet involved, the context changes there, but seeing it as a fan makes me pigeonhole people with the "common" label.
