15-min rush: Monthsary o Milestone?

Struggles anyone? I do have a lot, specially when doing things that I am not great at. I have a lot of things to share but the thing is, I don't know how.

I'm just going to try to do an article within 15-mins. Just type or post whatever comes into my mind. Let's try it out.

Today is Boss Baby's fourth month milestone. I thought wala akong mappublish today kasi I was kind of busy for the day. First, the Boss Baby woke up so early. Second, I had to buy sa grocery yung panghanda nya. Third, I prepared his costume and konting props kasi request ni Daddy. We took a nap at 6pm kasi pagod ako hahahah, pero mukang napahaba. I woke up at 9:30m and Boss Baby is still asleep. DEYM! Nachange yung sleeping time nya huhu. Yari ako later. Anyway, let's go to the main channel!

Monthsary o Milestone?

Lately ko lang din nalaman kung bakit ginagawa to ng mga parents sa baby less than a year old. Kasi parang ilang years ago lang sya nauuso. I asked some of my mommy friends, bakit kelangan magcelebrate monthly? I thought, napakagastos at kaartehan lang din sya ng mga magulang. To think about it, preparing for a birthday party will get you very busy, pano pa kaya pag monthly celebration. Pero iba pa din pala talaga kapag ikaw na yung parent mismo.

Well, to answer my question. Sabi nila na dapat daw icelebrate monthly si baby since pinanganak kasi to celebrate the baby's good health and not all babies get to survive for a year din. So we should be thankful that the baby was able to stay with us and survive their first year. Well, di naman kelangan bonggang celebration but a simple celebration will do.

When I had Boss Baby, plan ko lang sana magcake, spagetti or any simple na handa. I didn't plan for her to wear monthly costume. But since nanganak ako during pandemic and we weren't able to visit her grandparents sa Cebu, I feel like I needed to do something special for her and her grandparents for her monthly milestone. At least they get to see a glimpse of her at least and para matuwa na dn sila. :)
