Work and consistency are like Siamese twins which can't be separated. It's always pertinent to maintain these two mentalities as we push through our dreams in life and also in our blogging journey. I call them the BLOGGING VIRTUES!.
But unfortunately, they are the qualities we lack the most.
Consistency
Consistency is really a part we need to maintain the most if we are ready to achieve our goals and dreams. It's a very hard quality to acquire but it comes with constant practice and determination.
Consistency is the repetition of a particular action in a given period of time. It is the fuel that drives dreams and passions to their destination. It works like a chain of actions which are connected to the other to make a very long chain
Work Mentality
Work on the other hand,is a very tough ethic to maintain. It is really a mentality we ought to acquire so as to achieve our goals and dreams. I call it the WORK MENTALITY!.
Work mentality is the programming of the brain to always work ,toil and be productive in any area of life. It's the origin of all inventions and products
It is always backed up with consistency so as to develop that mentality because without consistency,we can't develop the work ethic mentality.
How These Virtues Help In Blogging
Being a blogger ,I can't categorically say that I have maintained these two virtues perfectly well. But the zeal and devotion I invested into platforms following all the principles guiding them has gotten me up to a certain height.
It was indeed not easy struggling with consistency each time. There were times I didn't write at all and there were times I wrote very many. But in all I tried to maintain an average consistency.
But I later discovered how these virtues work together ;
The work mentality would make you to think, articulate and creatively write a quality content or article which is worthy of publication.
Consistency would then make you to pick up the pen tomorrow and often to write a ton of other quality articles and contents.
This is just a perfect way of how they work together in driving us towards our blogging Dream. If we join these two factors, we are only going to be amazed at our improvement in blogging and writing
Show me a dream without consistency and work and I will show you a dream that's not going to be achieved. These two virtues are like a two-edged sword with work at one extreme and consistency at the other extreme. They can't do without each other
Finally, the truth actually remains that,we need these two virtues in other to become a very reputable blogger, a prolific writer and whatever we want to become in life. Show me what has been achieved without these two virtues and I will tell you that thing does not exist.
