Apple trees don't usually grow in tropical countries like the Philippines and apples that are sold in the market have to be imported from other countries.

But a third-year Agriculture student from Digos City, Davao del Sur has proven that growing apples in the Philippines is possible.

Apple trees are a great addition to any landscape, and if healthy, will provide an abundance of fresh fruit.

I love the smell of apples, the texture and I am always amazed at how different two apple varities can taste.

I love apples. How about you?
