Divide time to be more effective

We have 168 hours each week, but we feel we are still lacking and feel that all the work is not finished, even though we have worked hard and even stayed up late at night.

One of the big possibilities that we can still improve in our lives is time management.

There are four steps of time management that I will discuss,

*Time log

This is quite simple, we only need to record the activities that have been carried out for a week, meaning like a calendar and make notes there of activities every day, the point is that we know the estimated time for things to do every day, and we also know how to manage the time we spend have it good or not.

*Plan the whole week

After we take notes, we have to schedule every day of the week, schedule the activities to be carried out on the calendar and also the start time, it does look a bit complicated, but if it's only on the list it's definitely just a reminder and not something that will make it more efficient.

Time management is scheduling activities to be more efficient, there are also many famous people who spend a lot of time on their core skills, and they minimize other things.

*Morning Ritual

The time in the morning is the time that really belongs to us, every morning we must be able to wake up at the same time and do the same activities, do things that are really important for the long term, which will have a good effect on our lives.

*Have some fun

Incorporating activities that we like in the schedule is one of the best ways for us to be more consistent in doing good time management, because the pleasure we get will make us more motivated to schedule, because it is proven to be beneficial.

So use the time of youth well and manage time well, so that we can all feel the good impact in old age.
